Rowing Coach Positions Open – Churchie Rowing

Following a successful 2025/26 season and a period of programme growth, Churchie Rowing is seeking passionate and enthusiastic coaches to join our coaching team for the 2026/2027 season.

Coaching opportunities are available across multiple age groups and crew levels within the programme. We encourage expressions of interest from coaches of all experience levels, from those with extensive experience to individuals looking to begin or further develop their coaching journey within a supportive and driven environment. All that is required is a passion for rowing and a commitment to your crew and their development.

Successful applicants will join a collaborative coaching team with strong programme support and opportunities for continued growth and development as a coach. Our goal is to create an outstanding experience for all rowers and coaches involved in Churchie Rowing.
