Important Note Regarding the Draw - Due to a record number entries for this event it is especially important to read through the draft draw carefully for boat rotations, athletes clashes etc. As entries have been very high racing will be at short intervals for much of the regatta, as such there will be a lot of pressure to start races on time. Competitors not in the Starters hands, that is prepared to start, 5 (five) minutes prior to scheduled start time of their race will not be started. It is a very tight program and the Officials will be forced to be strict on this, boat rotations and athlete change-overs included. Please also note that boats racing by invitation will not be progressed beyond their preliminary heat.
As Finals are at 10 minute intervals, please ensure adequate time is allowed for boat rotation and competitor recovery.
Racing expected to commence at 8.00 am and may not finish until 5.00pm each day.
Security will be on site on the Friday and Saturday nights of the regatta.
