Boat Race Officials Level 1 Course – Invitation to School Coaches and Parent Supporters

Rowing Queensland is offering school coaches and parent supporters the opportunity to complete the Boat Race Officials Level 1 Course.

Location: Rowing Queensland Boardroom
Date: Thursday 7 May
Time: 6:30pm – 9:00pm
Format: In-person theory session

This is a great way to see the sport from a different perspective. The session will introduce you to roles such as umpiring, marshalling and timekeeping, and give you a better understanding of how regattas run.

It’s a good opportunity to get involved, have some fun, and stay connected to the sport your children and school athletes are part of. You can contribute during the season, and if you’re interested, continue building your experience and officiate at events throughout the year.
