Rowers and supporters heading to Melbourne for the 2025 Head of the Yarra can now take advantage of an exclusive accommodation deal with Oaks Hotels. A dedicated booking link has been set up, offering discounted stays at three prime locations: WRAP Southbank, Oaks Southbank, and Oaks on Market.

The offer is available for all room types between 20–24 November 2025. By using the code YARRA25, guests will receive 15% off the Best Flexible Rate (BFR).

How to Book:

  2. Select your preferred property

  3. Choose dates between 20–24 November 2025

  4. Click “HAVE A CODE?” and enter YARRA25

  5. Complete the booking process online

    • Bookings must be made via our Oaks Hotels website only, not valid through any 3rd party website,
    • Bookings cannot be made over the phone or via email
    • Discount is valid for new bookings only (we are unable to apply weblink codes to bookings already made before the weblink is activated)
    • Bookings must be made using the above code in order to receive discounted rates.
    • Payment and cancellation terms will be as per the rate plan booked. These cannot be amended after the bookings has been confirmed
