Strategic Direction
The Association is committed to achieving its goals and objectives. The key focus areas for the sport are:
· Create opportunities to those with the desire and talent to access the pathway to State and National representation;
· Enable all participants to receive the coaching they require to perform at their optimum level;
· Increase financial resources to underwrite the growth and future success of all levels of Rowing Queensland;
· Enhance and sustain the desired positioning of Rowing Queensland and its brands;
· Provide sound leadership and equitable support to all stakeholders of Rowing Queensland; and
· Maximise the benefits realised from government and commercial rowing partnerships.
