Important Notice Regarding Additional Masters and Underage Events

In preparation for the 2010 Pan Pacific Masters Games regatta to be held at Coomera Regatta Centre on the 6th and 7th of November, the following events have been added to the program for the Pine Rivers Regatta, Noosa Regatta, Coomera Regatta and Tweed/Murwillumbah Regatta.  In addition, the following underage events have been added to those regattas.  Please be aware that these events will be run in conjunction with the existing events as listed below; it is important to note where these events fit into the program when making your entry.

MASTERS EIGHT

Mens & Womens combined (Handicapped) – to be conducted in conjunction with Event 7 – Mens Group 3 Eight.


MENS MASTERS COXED FOUR
WOMENS MASTERS COXED FOUR

These events will be conducted in conjunction with Group 4 Coxed Four – Men Event 31, Women Event 14.

MENS MASTERS QUAD SCULL
WOMENS MASTERS QUAD SCULL

The Mens events will be conducted in conjunction with Mixed Group 3 Quad – Event 48, the Womens event in conjunction with Womens Group 3 Double Scull – Event 41.

WOMENS MASTERS PAIR

This will be conducted in conjunction with Event 33 – Mens Group 3 Double Scull

MENS UNDER 14 SINGLE AND WOMENS UNDER 14 DOUBLE

These events will be run at the beginning of the regatta

WOMENS UNDER 14 SINGLE AND MENS UNDER 14 DOUBLE

These events will be run after Event 17, Mens G3 Quad

MENS UNDER 16 SINGLE and WOMENS UNDER 16 DOUBLE

These events will be run after Event 39, Mens G5 Double

WOMENS UNDER 16 SINGLE AND MENS UNDER 16 DOUBLE 

These events will be run after Event 51, Mens G3 Coxed Four

These additional events will be listed on ROMS at the end of the Standard Event List but will be conducted as outlined above.
 

Regatta is expected to commence at 8.00am.  Races are to be run at 7min intervals.

Seat money of $10.00(G.S.T. included) per competitor per race.

Withdrawals notified to Rowing Queensland (e-mail – regatta@rowingqld.asn.au) by 9.00am the Wednesday prior to the regatta will not be charged seat fee. All subsequent withdrawals will be charged.

All competitors are to be registered competing members of their State Association. Penalties apply for entering unregistered competitors.

Late entries will only be accepted if a lane is available in the requested event.

Order of races will not be altered after publication of final draw – please ensure draft draw is carefully checked.

All composite crews must have Management Committee approval prior to entry. Composite crews that are permitted to row in Group 2, 3, 4 and 5 races do so by invitation which means that they do not qualify for Premiership Points or Trophies.
